范艳斌，安徽师范大学教授。长期从事高性能和可持续聚氨酯/聚酯材料的结构设计与工程应用研究。具有 12 年国际化工与材料企业（巴斯夫、陶氏和中海壳牌等）研发及产业化经验。曾任中海壳牌企业研究院院长、首席科学家等职务。已公开国际/国内发明专利 90 项，其中第一发明人 51 项，已授权10项；发表学术论文 16 篇，其中第一/通讯作者 9 篇，发表于 Biomaterials、Macromolecules、ACS Energy Letters 等国际高水平期刊。兼任中国聚氨酯工业协会理事及《粘接》杂志编委。代表性产品和技术包括：共享单车聚氨酯实心胎、车用低雾度/高阻燃聚氨酯头枕等。作为第一获奖人获得R&D100 等国际奖项。
Professor Yanbin Fan is a Professor at Anhui Normal University, specializing in the structural design and engineering applications of high-performance and sustainable polyurethane/polyester materials. He has 12 years of R&D and industrial commercialization experience at leading international chemical and materials companies, including BASF, Dow, and CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited (CSPC). He previously served as President of the CSPC Research Institute and Chief Scientist.
Professor Fan has published 90 international and Chinese invention patent applications, including 51 as the first inventor, with 10 patents granted. He has authored 16 scientific papers, including 9 as first or corresponding author, published in prestigious international journals such as Biomaterials, Macromolecules, and ACS Energy Letters. He also serves as a Council Member of the China Polyurethane Industry Association and an Editorial Board Member of Adhesion.
His representative innovations include polyurethane solid tires for shared bicycles and low-fogging, highly flame-retardant polyurethane headrests for automotive applications. In recognition of his contributions to technological innovation and industrial applications, he has received prestigious international honors, including the R&D 100 Award, as the lead award recipient.
