三、申请条件
1. 俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、韩国、越南、泰国、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、摩洛哥、萨尔瓦多籍公民，身体健康，无犯罪记录，符合《中华人民共和国国籍法》相关规定，持外国有效普通护照。
2. 申请时未获得任何其他中国政府等其他各类奖学金资助。
3. 学历和年龄要求
申请来华攻读硕士学位者，应具有学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优良，年龄不超过35岁；
申请来华攻读博士学位者，应具有硕士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优异，年龄不超过40岁；
4. 语言要求
非英语母语者申请英语授课项目时，须提交以下材料之一：
①英语语言能力考试成绩单（雅思6.0分以上或托福网考80分以上或同等水平）；
②原大学出具的证明文件，证明前序学位课程以英语授课。
5. 应届毕业生须在2026年入学报到前，取得相应学历学位证书，否则录取及奖学金资格自动失效。
6. 具备较好的专业基础和学术能力。
III. Application Conditions
1. Citizens of Russia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Morocco, and El Salvador; in good health, with no criminal record, complying with the relevant provisions of the "Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China", and holding a valid ordinary foreign passport.
2. Have not received any other Chinese government or other types of scholarships at the time of application.
3. Degree and Age Requirements Applicants applying for a Master's degree in China must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, have an excellent academic record, and be under the age of 35.
Applicants applying for a Ph.D. degree in China must possess a Master's degree or equivalent, have an outstanding academic record, and be under the age of 40.
3. Language Requirements
4. Non-native English speakers applying for English-taught programs must submit one of the following materials:
① English language proficiency test transcripts (IELTS 6.0 or above, or TOEFL iBT 80 or above, or equivalent level);
② A certifying document issued by the original university proving that the previous degree program was taught in English.
5. New graduates must obtain the corresponding degree certificates before registering for admission in 2026, otherwise, their admission and scholarship qualifications will automatically become invalid.
6. Possess a solid professional foundation and academic ability.

（二）、申请流程
1. 登录安徽师范大学留学生在线申请系统：
http://ciezs.ahnu.edu.cn/login
2. 选择对应学历项目，经费来源勾选“中国政府奖学金B”。
3. 上传所需材料。
4. 学校对材料进行初审，通过者参加在线面试，重点考查专业基础、科研水平、语言能力与综合素质。
5. 通过面试者需在线支付报名费（报名费400元人民币）方能获得最终正式录取通知书，无论最终是否入学，该报名费不予退还。
6. 学校确定推荐人选。获得推荐资格的学生登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn），按要求上传预录取通知书及相关材料。
7. 未获得学校推荐资格的申请者将默认转为其他类型奖学金项目或自费项目。
8. CSC将对申请者全部材料进行最终审核，经CSC评审专家评审合格后，方可获得中国政府奖学金资助来我校学习。我校将在CSC下发批复结果后，向奖学金获得者发放相关录取材料。

(II) Application Process
1. Log in to the Anhui Normal University International Student Online Application System：http://ciezs.ahnu.edu.cn/login
3. Select the corresponding degree program, and check "CSC Type B" as the source of funding.
3. Upload the required materials.
4. The university will conduct a preliminary review of the materials. Those who pass will
4. participate in an online interview, which mainly focuses on professional foundation, scientific research level, language ability, and comprehensive qualities.
5. Those who pass the interview shall pay the application fee online (The application fee is 400 RMB), and it is non-refundable regardless of whether the applicant is ultimately enrolled.
6. The university determines the recommended candidates. Students who obtain the recommendation qualification shall log in to the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）and upload the pre-admission notice and relevant materials as required.
7. Applicants who do not obtain the university's recommendation qualification will be automatically transferred to other types of scholarship programs or self-funded programs by default.
8. The CSC will conduct a final review of all the applicants' materials. Only after passing the evaluation by CSC review experts can the applicant obtain the Chinese Government Scholarship to study at our university. Our university will issue relevant admission materials to the scholarship recipients after receiving the approval results from the CSC.
五、其他事项
1. 申请人必须确保申请材料的真实性，一经查实材料不实，将取消申请人资格。
2. 中国政府奖学金学生不得同时获得地方各级政府和国内高校设立的其他奖学金（不含各类一次性奖励）。一经发现，取消中国政府奖学金资格，已获得的中国政府奖学金必须退还。故意隐瞒资助情况者，三年内不得申请中国政府奖学金，包括取消其申请资格。
3. 各学院通过电话或网络对申请人进行面试，请确保申请表中的电话号码和电子邮件地址正确无误。
4. 所有申请须在对应网站在线提交，不接受电子邮件申请或纸质材料申请。
5. 未按报到期限报到学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。
6. 学生须严格按照安徽师范大学要求办理入学、注册手续。学校将在入学报到时核验学生的护照、签证、学历证书原件。如不符合报到时的相关材料审核要求，将被取消入学资格。
7. 凡出现弄虚作假、徇私舞弊者，一经查实，将取消报考、录取或入学资格。已报到注册的学生，将被开除学籍。
V. Other Matters
1. Applicants must ensure the authenticity of their application materials; once the materials are verified to be false, the applicant's qualification will be canceled.
2. Chinese Government Scholarship students cannot simultaneously receive other scholarships established by local governments at all levels and domestic universities (excluding various one-time awards). Once discovered, the Chinese Government Scholarship qualification will be canceled, and the received Chinese Government Scholarship funds must be returned. Those who deliberately conceal their funding status will not be allowed to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship for three years, and their current application qualifications will also be canceled.
3. Each college will conduct interviews with applicants via phone or network; please ensure that the phone number and email address in the application form are correct.
4. All applications must be submitted online on the corresponding websites; email applications or paper applications are not accepted.
5. For those who fail to register for studies within the registration deadline, their scholarship qualification will not be retained.
6. Students must strictly follow the requirements of Anhui Normal University to complete admission and registration procedures. The university will verify the original copies of the student's passport, visa, and degree certificates during enrollment registration. If the relevant materials do not meet the review requirements at the time of registration, the admission qualification will be canceled.
7. Anyone who engages in falsification or favoritism will have their application, admission, or enrollment qualification canceled once verified. Students who have already registered will be expelled.
